Our apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with classroom-based learning, ensuring our students develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Working alongside industry professionals, they gain hands-on experience that is invaluable in today’s job market.
Every year, apprentices from across NCG have the opportunity to compete in our annual NCG Skills Competition. Modelled on WorldSkills, the competition allows students to test their knowledge and skills against national and international standards, under competitive pressures.
